A simple yet stylish design that will protect your posts for years to come. For strength and to insure a smooth edge, the 1/2" sides are hemmed and the corners sealed. The hot dip galvanization process creates a thick coat of zinc to "self-heal" these caps from minor scratches to prevent rust. Galvanized steel is also a popular material choice because there is no risk of staining to the surrounding wood from water run off.
I had several sizes made for my non-standard rectangular posts, all fit perfect as long as you follows instructions. The seams, corners and hems are perfect, true craftsmanship. If you want something custom made from USA, don't hesitate!!! I did wipe mine down with vinegar, prime and texture paint them to match home. Good luck!!

I’ve selected 3 1/2” x 3 1/2” and add it to my cart. Nowhere on the webpage or my check out does it say a quantity. Shouldn’t I know how many I’m ordering before I would place an order.? I suppose it’s just for one, so that would be way too expensive!
